The Ticket Guidelines of Ethan's World

Read these before opening a ticket. Following the rules below keeps the process fast, fair, and gets your rewards delivered on time.

By opening a ticket, you agree to the ticket Terms of Service — breaking any of these guidelines will result in your reward being voided.
All approved payouts are processed within 24 hours, once claim requirements have been fully verified.

Claim Ticket Guidelines

To ensure a quick and fair process, please follow these guidelines:

Don't Ping Staff

Staff already see your ticket and will assist as soon as possible. Pinging will not speed it up.

Be Patient

Asking for updates repeatedly will not get you helped any faster. Trust the queue.

Be Respectful

Always be respectful when communicating with staff — we're here to help you.

30-Minute Auto-Close

If you do not send a message within 30 minutes of opening your ticket, it will be automatically closed and any pending claims or rewards will be forfeited. Ghost pinging staff will result in your reward being voided.

Claim Requirements

As soon as you create the ticket, you will be asked to provide proof of winning the reward or having enough to claim it, then submit your payout details and complete the requirements below.

Add discord.gg/ethansworld to your Discord bio or status
If you don't play Roblox, you may equip the server guild tag instead to bypass the Roblox group requirement.
Do not be on invisible status when adding the vanity link.
Any removal of required steps will result in your reward being voided.
Do not ping staff within 1 hour of ticket creation — they are already notified.
Timeline

You have 12 hours to complete all required steps and submit uncropped (full) screenshots as proof. The remaining 12 hours are used to prepare and deliver your reward, with all approved payouts processed within 24 hours. Failure to follow any requirement will result in the loss of your reward, no exceptions.

The final verdict lies with Ethan's World staff at all times.

All ticket decisions are final. Staff will use their judgement when reviewing each claim.

Guidelines may be updated at any time. Continued use of the ticket system means you agree to follow all current rules.
