The Guidelines of Ethan's World

This is also an English-only Discord server. All server rules are listed below — be sure to read them carefully to avoid warnings, mutes, or even a ban.

Make sure to follow ALL Discord TOS.

Racism
Racist content is strictly prohibited on this server.

No NSFW Content
Do not share or discuss explicit or adult content. Light jokes are fine, as long as they stay appropriate.

Respect
Treat everyone and the server with respect. No harassment, hate, or discrimination. Respect every individual's sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression.

Privacy & Personal Information
Do not share any personal info, including contact details, addresses, or private content. Do not record or share private communications or context (DMs, group chats, tickets, etc.). All private info must remain confidential at all times, even with consent.

Cross Trading
Cross-trading items, currencies, or accounts between different games/platforms is strictly prohibited.

No Advertising
Advertising or DM advertising is not allowed. Do not mention other servers, or competitors and do not promote other social medias. Joining or supporting servers used for unauthorized advertising is also not allowed.

Impersonating
Impersonation is not allowed. Using someone else's profile picture or name is not allowed on this server and will result in consequences.

No Spam
Avoid excessive posting of similar content or unnecessary messages. Sending 6 or more messages in a row is considered spam. In tickets, sending 10 or more messages in a row is considered spam.

Discord Username
If your name or pfp is inappropriate, you will be muted until you fix it.
  • You must have at least 3 pingable characters in your name.

Alt Accounts
Alt accounts are not allowed in the server under any circumstances. Using alts to join giveaways, bypass punishments, or for any other purpose will result in disciplinary action.

Channels
Please use the channels for their intended purpose. Only a!snipe commands are allowed in general, and creating troll tickets is not allowed.

Malicious Stuff
Do not post malicious links or files that could be used to steal accounts or information anywhere.

Mass Pinging
Pinging many users at once will result in an instant warning (depends on context), while pinging @everyone, @here, or roles without permission will result in a verbal warning. Ghost pinging staff will also result in a warning and will void your claim.

Offtopic
Avoid discussing sensitive, distressing, or controversial topics, including events like 9/11, political stuff, or similar subjects.

Major Offenses — Immediate Action

Breaking these rules usually results in an instant warning or mute:

Minor Offenses — Verbal First

Breaking these rules usually results in a verbal warning first:

Verbal warnings last 24 hours from when they are issued.

Certain actions may result in either a verbal warning, mute, or instant action depending on context. The above is a general guideline, and punishments may vary based on severity and situation. If a rule appears in both "verbal" and "instant action," the outcome is fully dependent on context and intent.
