Everything you need to know about giveaways, claims, support hours, and the warnings system. Read these before joining or claiming any reward.

Giveaway Questions & Guidelines

The most common questions about joining and claiming giveaways.

How do I join the giveaways?
To join, simply click the button with the emoji on the giveaway message.
How do I claim a prize if I win & what is the Nitro information?
Head to giveaway-claims and open a giveaway claim ticket within 24 hours.
Why did I get rerolled?
You may have been rerolled if you didn't claim your prize in time, or if you had fewer than 100 messages this month in the server. In these cases, the host is allowed to reroll your win or not let you claim.
What are sponsored giveaways?
Sponsored giveaways usually have requirements such as joining a server. If we don't complete the required amount of joins, the prize will not be given and the giveaway may be redone.
Can I participate in multiple giveaways at once?
Yes! You can enter as many giveaways as you'd like. Just make sure to complete any requirements listed for each giveaway if there are any.
Can I claim any reward option in the giveaway?
Yes! You can claim any reward option, but Discord Nitro is only awarded for giveaways with 500+ entries. If a particular reward or payment method is unavailable, you will be required to choose an alternative. If you win Nitro, you must claim it immediately — if the gift link expires or is revoked, it cannot be replaced.

Participation Agreement

By joining any giveaway or claiming a reward, you agree that staff may:

Disqualify Participants
Staff may disqualify participants if rules are broken, suspicious activity occurs, or attempts to exploit the system are detected.

Pause, Adjust, or Cancel Giveaways
In rare cases of unexpected issues — including scams affecting the server, lost funds, or technical problems — a giveaway may be paused, adjusted, or cancelled.

Final Decision Authority
Staff make the final decisions on all giveaways, claims, rewards, and related actions within the server.

Claim Review
When you create a claim ticket, staff will check for any rule violations. Rewards may be reduced or denied based on the reward rules.
Note: All giveaways and rewards are run in good faith, and rewards are provided when rules are followed and conditions allow. Participation means you understand that staff decisions are made to ensure giveaways remain fair, safe, and transparent for everyone.

Claim Rules Reminder

Being timed out does NOT excuse you from following claim rules. You are still responsible for responding, completing the ticket format, and claiming within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in your prize being voided. Do not break the rules.

Warnings, messages, bumps, and invites all reset on the last day of each month at 10:00 PM PT. Make sure to submit or claim during these hours — it is your responsibility to do so before any resets.

Important

Creating a ticket for the wrong category and attempting to bypass support hours (e.g., creating a giveaway ticket to claim message rewards during closed hours) will result in a warning.

Warnings System

Penalties are applied on a progressive scale, meaning each additional warning results in increased consequences. All penalty counts and warning records are reset at the start of each month.

Receives +50.00% less from all reward claims & Robux Balance
3 Warnings
Temporarily blacklisted from some rewards
4 Warnings
Claim Blacklisted Role (Removed at Warn Reset)

Warnings reset monthly. Users with active warnings must claim rewards during that month, otherwise penalties will no longer apply after the reset. Any Robux, balances, or rewards lost from warning penalties will not be restored.

The final verdict lies with Ethan's World staff at all times.

Staff will use their own judgement when reviewing claims and reward decisions, and these guidelines may be updated at any time — continued participation in giveaways means you agree to follow all current rules.
